SOML\u00d3 KINCSE HANDCRAFT WINE CELLAR GOH\u00c9R 2018<\/h4>\n

Goh\u00e9r is one of the oldest Pannonian grape varieties. Due to its female flower, it needs to be pollinated, so it produces very little, but it gives wonderful wine, which is why it has long been considered a \u201cLord\u2019s Grape\u201d. The Soml\u00f3 Kincse Handicraft\u00a0 Wine Cellar on the eastern side of Soml\u00f3, in traditional bush-trained farming, takes care of 11 ancient grape varieties from the Carpathian Basin, including Goh\u00e9r, in a way that is suitable for organic cultivation. Goh\u00e9r 2018 is a gracefully aromatic wine thanks to the honey-floral chords, while in the taste a kind of salty minerality appears. A very rich sip is wide and comletely fills the mouth. TOMCS\u00c1NYI FAMILY ESTATE CHARDONNAY 2019<\/h4>\n

It was fermented in a tank, a sandwich for 2 weeks, then matured in 225-liter second-fill cooper barrels and bottled from there. Unfiltered, unfined, without the addition of sulfur, a total of 300 bottles were made from it. In addition to the creaminess, it also has a vibrant citrus in its aroma and taste, but in addition to these notes, orange jam and ripe nectarines appear in it. With a fine tannin texture and tiny grapefruit tartness at the end of the sip.[\/vc_column_text]
