If you are a buyer or an active user of our webshop, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and only use our services if you agree to all their points, and you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Prices:
The indicated prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT, but it does NOT include further shipping costs.
Process of Ordering:
For shopping registration needed. Then you can login with your email address and password. Choose products and place them in your cart. Enter the page with your email address and password. Choose delivery date, payment method, and enter delivery and billing address.
Your order information will automatically be confirmed by our system at the e-mail address you provided, in which you can check the details. Your order will be recorded under the order number of the confirmation, which we ask you to keep untill the order fulfillment. Our contract is alive from the time our confirmation has been sent.
If we are unable to complete your order in the same way as you specify (eg in different quantities), you will need to confirm the modified order in a reply message. In this case the order becomes active at that time.
Cancellation policy:
You can change your order at any time. In this case, call +36 20 254-3445 or write to info@demijohn.hu. Please refer to the order number from the confirmation email.
Restrictions on usage of product and / or service:
We can only deliver our alcoholic products to a customer over 18 years.
Complaint related to ordering and delivery:
We take full responsibility for your order until the goods are received. Damaged or ruined goods will be replaced within 5 business days or re-provided at our own expense. If you fail to receive the order due to defective delivery or shipments of goods, and you cancel your order due to this facts, then the amount of the goods already paid will be refunded. After recived goods we can not accept complaints about delivery. Availability:
Your order will be delivered in accordance with the availability of the product in stock. If your order is not or is only partially available in our stock, we will notify you within 2 business days by e-mail and specify the deadline for delivery.
Terms of delivery:
Your order will be delivered to Budapest within 24 hours, within 48 hours to other destination out of Budapest. Orders submitted on Friday after 12:00 can be delivered to the countryside next Tuesday. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
For rural orders, we recommend that you provide a shipping address where you can take over the pack during the day. We are delivering in Budapest at the time agreed through personal consultation. You do not have to receive the order in person, but we can only hand it over to people over the age of 18.
Shipping costs:
HUF 1,800 per order for Budapest and its surroundings.
Rural orders
For delivery to rural areas, the costs depend on the weight of the package and the distance of the transport, so please contact us to find the optimal solution. We offer a discount on 12 bottles, according to custom arrangement, depending on the value of the order. Please contact us!
We can handle your package for you in accordance with our previous agreement. Please contact us!
Failed delivery
If your delivery to Budapest / Budapest agglomeration, our co-worker will attempt to agree on a new delivery date once again. At the new delivery time chosen we will try to fulfill the delivery. For the second transport attempt we charge an extra charge of 500 HUF. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order as unreasonable. If you have already paid the purchase price we transferit back to the given retail account or bank account number, deducted by the delivery prices.
Terms of payment
Payments can be made in cash at home delivery or in advance by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer the deadline for the delivery is calculated from the receipt of the amount on our account. If the amount does not arrive to our account within 5 (five) business days, your order will be considered lapsed.

For corporate partners with the second order, we will also accept 8-day payment deadline counted from the issuing of the invoice. Goods are owned by Póta Richárd S.E. until fulfilled payment.
